REQUIREMENTS:Funds must be set up using the TexNet system as required by HHSC.  Last day to submit IGT on TexNet is Friday, June 12, 2026, with settlement date of Monday, June 15, 2026.
NOTES/EXCEPTIONS:The Comprehensive Hospital Increase Reimbursement Program (CHIRP) is a directed payment program that provides for increased Medicaid payments to certain hospitals for inpatient and outpatient services provided to Medicaid enrollees.  The target beneficiaries are adults and children enrolled in the STAR, STAR+PLUS, and STAR Kids Medicaid managed care programs.
