Administration Building, located at 101 North Texas Avenue, Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, being Lot 41, City of Bryan Original Townsite  in Brazos County Texas, for the sum of $2,388,000.00, including issuance of a check by the Treasurer for Earnest Money of $10,000.00 payable to Aggieland Title Company.
