The implementation of Flock Safety automated license plate recognition (ALPR) cameras provides a significant enhancement to public safety, investigative efficiency, and crime prevention capabilities within our jurisdiction. Flock technology offers real-time vehicle identification tools that support patrol operations, criminal investigations, and interagency collaboration while maintaining strict accountability and audit controls. This project is fully budgeted by the Sheriff's Office. Failure to approve will delay implementation.
