Brief explanation of agenda item and if in current year budget:  BTU will relocate    existing 3-phase power line for the proposed widening of Democrat Road.

Brazos County has budgeted this relocation cost in current year.

Consequences for failing to approve agenda item:  Inadequate road width and insufficient drainage ditch

Deadline for agenda item approval:  As soon as possible

Site of work being performed:  Precinct 2 - Democrat Road from 0.5 miles east of SH 21 to 0.9 miles north-east of SH 21
