| | | | | | | | | NOTES/EXCEPTIONS: | This change order will add scope identified during the demolition phase of the project, including the full replacement of all exterior sheathing, roof deck replacement, additional demolition in work areas, additional excavation and import of select fill, added HVAC test and balance responsibilities, removal and replacement of west side concrete and sidewalks, and revisions to flooring materials in the main lobby and wet areas of the building. This will also add 60 days to the project schedule, updating the substantial completion date to 05/18/2027. Funding for this change order is already in place in project reserves. |
