Through this agreement, the UT RSOC will provide services that detect phishing, business email compromises, and spoofing via behavioral Artificial Intelligence. This Interlocal Cooperation Contract (ILC) is similar to the ILC with Texas A&M University approved in court on May 18, 2021 and renewed on October 28, 2025.
There is no formal Statement of Work. When we asked, this is the response we received:
The RSOC does not use a fixed Statement of Work (SOW) document in the traditional sense. Instead, RSOC services are provided on a flexible, a-la-carte basis, where participating entities select services based on their needs and technical capabilities. The scope of services is aligned with those described in Section II of the ILC and further refined through onboarding discussions, implementation planning, and ongoing coordination with the RSOC team.
