Consider and take action on the Comcast utility permit to construct road bores under the following County Roads located within Old Spanish Trail Estates and Benchley Oaks Subdivision.  Sites are located in Precinct 4.

• a.  Old Spanish Trail – 10 crossings
• b.  Oak Trail – 3 crossings
• c.  Spanish Hill – 2 crossings
• d.  Redbud Drive – 1 crossing

Permit approval is for ROAD BORES ONLY, all other lines, conduits and appurtenances that parallel any roadway MUST be placed within the platted Public Utility Easement (PUE) of Old Spanish Trail Estates and Benchley Oaks Subdivisions

Brazos County has NO financial responsibility in project.
