Approval requested to provide the Brazos Center and setup costs in the amount of $2,147.00 as complimentary for the Veterans Claims Clinic on November 1, 2025  by the Brazos County Veterans Service Office.

On November 1, 2025 the Brazos County Veteran Service Office sponsored a veterans claim clinic.  This event provided a public purpose of giving  veterans direct access to Veteran Service Officers as well as other vendors that veterans could benefit from.  The total cost of the room rental and setup for the November 1^st event was invoiced in the amount of $2,147.00 (see attached invoice for more detail).
